Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DN store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3] business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

DN store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at dnstore564@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage so we can help you right away


Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DN store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in its original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or intimate apparel).

  • Gift cards and sale/clearance items.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

4. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at dnstore453@gmail.com with photo proof so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
